The Iakovos Photiades Foodstuff Suppliers LTD now referred to as ‘the company’, in cooperation with Arla Foods, has organized this competition.

  1. The competition is open to residents of Cyprus Republic of any age, except employees of the company and/or any involved agency including employees of Base Element and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  4. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via https://sketchfrappuccino.com, or indicated on other materials shared in the market.
    State which social media platforms you are running the competition on.
  5. Only the latest submitted design will be consider for the competition.
  6. Entries open on 27/08/2019. Closing date for entries will be on 11/10/2019.  After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  7. No responsibility can be accepted for faulty entries or entries not received for whatever reason.
  8. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
  1. Any design collected in the database can be omitted, if the design itself is proven to be offensive in any way, or includes comments of political, religious, social or any other status that might come in conflict with the country’s laws or go against moral consciousness.
  2. Every design will be saved in the database until a special judge team decides on the first 15 designs. A second judging team will then pick the top 5 designs which will then be posted online on https://sketchfrappuccino.com for an online voting process.  The participants can vote for themselves and share their design on Facebook, calling for more votes.
  3. Participants and non-participants can also vote and enter a draw for secondary gifts.
  4. Any attempt to sabotage or/and fake vote or fake account details will automatically disqualify the entrée or his/her vote.
  5. Winners will be announced/voted between 40 days, after the above-mentioned entry closing day.
  6. Winners will be contacted via email and phone, while also announced on the website.
  7. The company reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the company’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the company.
  8. The company is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  9. The competition prizes are as follows:

Advertised 1st place design in social media and articles.

Advertised 2nd place design on social media.

Advertised 3rd place design on social media.

The rest 10 designs will be gifted with original Starbucks merchandise (tumblers, cups etc.) decided only by the company.

  1. Voting participants will enter the draw for:
  1. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered instead. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the company reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  1. Winners will be chosen:
  1. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook and/or phone call within 17 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, the company reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  1. The company will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
  1. The company’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  1. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Cyprus’s Republic law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and government.
  1. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and photograph in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely for competition purposes and in accordance with current CY data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. No data will be used for advertising purposes.
  1. This competition / activation is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the company and Base Element agency and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Disclaimer or Privacy Policy.
  1. IpH (the company’s) decision as to those able to take part and selection of the first 5 top designs / entries is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
  1. Starbucks Cooperation Seattle, has no involvement in the online competition ads, the top design decisions or no involvement in the core competition local mechanics and or contacting the winners. This competition focuses and targets on local populace and has nothing to do with other international events or competitions that might be running in parallel with this current one.
  1. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
